Today I’m interviewing Tina Tamboer of The Cromford Report to get a special in-depth opinion of our Arizona real estate market.
According to Tina, you can expect to see more qualified buyers in 2017 due to improving credit scores. At the moment though, our supply is not growing fast enough to meet the demand of our most popular price ranges, which has put sellers at a tremendous advantage. In the luxury market, the dynamic between buyers and sellers is more balanced.
There is plenty of economic development on the horizon that’s expected to have a big impact on our appreciation rates, but there’s no reason to fear another housing bubble. The same goes for the rental market, although that can change quickly.
